Chances are you’re doing it the wrong way.

Let’s dive in.

1/ Find PgMs in your network

1. Type “program manager” in the search bar

2. Click “People” + Select 1st degree connection

3. Add specific “Locations” if you’d like

2/ Find PgMs at your current company

1. Add your “Current Company

2. Show results

3/ Find PgMs at your previous company

1. Click “All Filters”

2. Add your Past Company, “Pinterest”

   

   Add your past company, “Pinterest'“

4/ Find PgMs at your target company + went to same school as you

1. Add Current Company, I typed in “Google”

2. Click “All filters”

3. Add your school

4. Show results

5. You narrowed searches from 1,700 to 74!

5/ Send a personalized connection request

I hope you're doing awesome! I recently came across your [mutual interest / shared connection / post], and I have to say, it's incredibly inspiring to see you make moves in the tech industry!
