My salary journey over 10 years working at Facebook, LinkedIn, & Figma

Here’s exactly how much I made for each role I’ve had.

My salary journey over 10 years

Here’s exactly how much I made for each role I’ve had.

This week, I’m opening up about pay. Here’s the post where I share my salary growth over the past decade (and a 60% raise).

Today, I will break down my base salary for each role I’ve had. You may or may not be surprised.

📣 Before we dive in, big thanks to today’s sponsor — Tango.

I partnered with Tango to share one of my favorite and most loved guides, walking you through how to find 6-figure remote roles on my favorite platform, LinkedIn 🙌🏼

Best part? You can do it in just 60 seconds. Check out the link below 👇🏼

Now, let’s talk numbers 🤑.

I went from $35K to 182K in 9 years

  • Sales Development Rep at Intuit $35K

  • Account Manager at Remerge $70K

  • Client Solutions Manager at Meta $80K

  • Client Solutions Manager at Pinterest $90K

  • GTM Enablement Program Manager at LinkedIn $134K

  • Ops Program Manager at Figma $165K

  • Strategic Program Manager at Figma $182K

Note: this is not total comp. My total comp at Figma is ~$300K.

What’s crazy is that this is how much I’m now making as a solopreneur (which is absolutely INSANE).

Long story short, pivots can be pivotal to your career.

For me, it gave me better titles, more diverse experiences and increased my earning potential.

I believe in salary transparency, so I hope this arms you with the knowledge to get paid what you’re worth (and ask for what you want).

PS Glassdoor is great for checking salaries across industries and experience levels. It’s served me well over the years.

PPS Here’s how I landed my first full-time role as a program manager at LinkedIn. Check out my story.
