• I followed your path, especially number 8, by creating business cases on projects I led in the past (even when I did not hold the title of project manager), summarizing them, adding measurable impact, and then using them to answer interview questions.

• I sent thank-you notes in <24 hours and hand-written notes during the last round of interviews.

• Last but not least, I took your advice to look internally and reflect through my stories to explain my Why. This gave me a lot more clarity in my answers and motivation during the process. The positive energy definitely helped.
