I cannot believe we’re already in 2026 🤯 Can you?

I’m blessed I got to take 2 full weeks off for the holiday (so thank you for your patience!)

I want to share a ritual I did at the end of 2025 that’s giving me new life in 2026.

If you’re telling yourself that you’re too busy, I’m sorry that’s just an excuse and you’ll never grow with that attitude.

Here’s the same ritual I’ve done for the past 3 years.

I sat down for 30 minutes, and answered 6 questions to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the following.

I’m honestly so shocked at the level of ✨ wisdom✨ that comes out of this simple exercise (and decided to share it all with you).

Here’s what it includes:

1/ What are your biggest wins & lowlights of 2025?

2/ What new skills did you unlock?

3/ How would you summarize your 2025 life lesson?

4/ What new experience & connections made the year memorable?

5/ How did you progress against your 2025 goals / KPIs?

6/ Who do you want to become in 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years?

I promise you, the ritual really works.

I’ve seen it transform my life and I’ve achieved my wildest dreams (like being a TEDx speaker and partnering with dream brands) because I carved out space for this.

I also hit my financial goals, health and wellness targets, and became a person I’m truly proud of (one who lives by her values)

This year, I added a bonus section for 2026 vision board across 5 categories:

1/ Personal & Growth

2/ Health & Wellness

3/ Career & Finance

4/ Travel & Adventure

5/ In vs Out (what’s being cancelled vs what I’m welcoming)

The reason why it’s important to reflect is because life gets extremely NOISY and there are times when you will feel lost.

So grounding yourself in your why, your meaning of what success looks like will lead you back to home.

I have the above reminders on my desktop and bookmarked so I can always go back to it when I feel like I don’t know what the hell I’m doing.

I’m a big believer in sharing powerful resources and making it accessible to everyone.
