šŸ“£ Announcement, how to find a job you love, and landing jobs in big tech

Iā€™ve decided to pivot (again).

In partnership with

Many of you have seen my journey from quitting big tech to entrepreneurship, growing this newsletter, and doing all sorts of stuff (like becoming a Business Insider Contributor!)

Originally, I created this newsletter to talk all things project/program management and leveling up in our careers.

While Iā€™m now making a living serving this audience (and this is still a HUGE passion of mine), I felt limited in sharing content that only caters to a specific audience.

Thatā€™s why I decided to rebrand and call this ā€œJeanā€™s Newsletterā€.

Itā€™s not sexy, but it feels like me.

I want to lead by example and show the process of building and sometimes failing in public.

By doing this, I can be my most authentic self and find my spark in creating the best content because there is more value in learning about someoneā€™s evolution and lessons across all topics. Letā€™s face it, you can 99% google anything.

Reflecting on 2024 (my highlight reel), I realized I am multi-passionate, and thereā€™s more to life than making money and helping people land jobs.

I want to leave a lasting impact by touching your heart with lived stories and lessons (and also give you actionable tips in career, business, and life). Itā€™s about quality > quantity.

So, I hope you continue to be part of this 17,000+ community. If not, thatā€™s completely okay too. You can unsubscribe below (and thank you for joining me thus far).

Now that I got that out, here are a few highlights from the past week šŸ™‚

1/ How Ikigai changed my life and can change yours too

As promised, I built a worksheet to help you get career clarity!

Here are 3 steps to break this down for yourself.

Donā€™t hesitate to share it with me. Iā€™d love to read them and cheer you on!

P.S. Iā€™ve relaunched my PM Accelerator to help you land your next Program Manager role so you can be richer, happier, and thrive on the job

To say it's a transformational experience is an understatement šŸ˜‰.

I just got this DM from a former student who landed a PM role pivoting from Software Engineering! And here are several other student wins

āœ… Apply now (and chat with my team!)

*Note: you must be based in US and Canada and have 2+ years of transferable experience.

P.P.S. I just changed my lock screen and never felt more motivated for 2025. Itā€™s by far the most fun and simplest vision board you can make. I made a tutorial!
