TLDR;

As someone who’s worked for dream companies like LinkedIn, Meta and Figma, I actually didn’t have a perfect career (more on why career’s aren’t ever linear)

I’ve had multiple pivots (job loss, toxic bosses, etc) but eventually I found my passion in program management.

And it’s because I followed my heart and values that I’ve found my purpose today (leaving my big tech career to be a solopreneur, coach, & founder).

But I get it, in this market there’s a TON of pressure to find a fulfilling career (let alone any job) so here’s my POV to get 1% closer to a career you actually love.

Certifications alone won’t get you the job. It has to be YOU.

Your title or background doesn’t matter as much as your impact and ability to own that.
